What started as a small personal experiment by Naveed Ahmed - a side project initially crafted to strengthen his MBA applications - quickly took on a life of its own. What seemed like a modest idea soon began attracting unexpected attention, enthusiasm, and momentum. In those early days, Naveed couldn’t have predicted that his simple project would grow into a brand capable of reshaping how an entire country thinks about juice. Yet that spark of curiosity and ambition became the foundation of a movement that continues to inspire thousands today.

Naveed recognised a fundamental gap in India’s vast but fragmented juice market. Despite the nation’s deep connection with fresh fruits and natural flavors, most juice options lacked consistency, hygiene, and trust. Squeez was born from his clear and unwavering conviction that every Indian - regardless of city, income, or lifestyle - deserved access to affordable, clean, and genuinely nutritious beverages. This belief wasn’t just a business idea; it was a mission to transform everyday refreshment into something healthier, more reliable, and far more enjoyable for everyone.

The Squeez family - store crews, managers, leadership teams, and every individual in between - carries forward the value he embedded early on: ownership with heart. Squeez began its journey with a single outlet tucked away in Chennai. Under Naveed’s direction and persistence, that humble beginning transformed into a nationwide presence spanning more than 157 stores across malls, tech parks, airports, hospitals, and bustling high streets. Each new location added energy to the growing Squeez community, turning a simple storefront into a symbol of accessible wellness. With the launch of the brand’s first international outlet in the UAE, Squeez has crossed borders and stepped into the world stage - evolving from a local idea into a true multinational movement.

Guided by Naveed Ahmed’s leadership and long-term vision, Squeez earned a place in the prestigious Stanford Seed Transformation Program - a milestone that reinforced the brand’s global aspirations and strategic roadmap. Yet despite this international recognition, Squeez remains deeply connected to its core purpose: to bring fresh, honest, and delightful beverages to people everywhere. The brand continues to aim high, with the ambition of becoming India’s most loved juice brand and ultimately ranking among the top three juice cafés in the world, all while staying true to the values that sparked its creation.
